QA1's AF Aluminum Series rod ends are female endura rod ends that are designed specifically for performance applications where weight is a concern. With a Teflon®/Kevlar® injection molded race, these rod ends are completely self-sealing and self-lubricating, keeping dirt and debris out. Over 10% lighter than traditional three-piece aluminum rod ends, the AF Series rod ends are the most wear-resistant aluminum design available.

QA1’s standard rod eyes are designed with carbon steel and a protective coating for corrosion resistance.

Note: Part #RER10-12 is a polished, hard chrome plated rod eye.

• These 1” OD steel radius rods are made from 4130 .083” steel.
• Recommend usage of a steel left front radius rod on high speed, larger race tracks.
• The strong, yet lightweight steel holds up better on impact, whether it being another car or just a heavy racing surface.
• Black powder coated for a sleek look.
• Recommended for left front only.
• 87" Triple X chassis use a 22 1/2".
