At Smiley's Racing Products and Hoosier Tire Southwest our number one priority is delivering to you, our valued customer, the highest quality products in a timely manner at the best prices. Orders received before 3:00p.m. are shipped the same day. The following shipping options are offered to you so you can get the parts and tires you need when you need them.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER TIRES

Hoosier Tire Southwest offers racing tires for sale only upon the conditions and the terms contained in this disclaimer of liability and indemnity. Due to many varied and different conditions which Hoosier Racing Tires and Tubes are exposed and because of the manner which racing is conducted, Hoosier Tire Southwest makes absolutely no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the fitness for a general or particular purpose or of merchantability in connection with any offer of sale of Hoosier Racing Tires and Tubes. "HOOSIER RACING TIRES AND TUBES ARE SOLD AS IS." Race tires are not tested or labeled to meet FMVSS 109 or ECE36 Safety Standards. Therefore it is dangerous and illegal to sell race tires for use on public highways. Any person selling Hoosier Tires or Tubes for highway use agrees to indemnity and reimburse Hoosier Tire Southwest for all loss, damage, or liability Hoosier Tire Southwest may suffer because of such sales. Not applicable where prohibited by law.

The products in this catalog are manufactured for off road use only. Each part is sold on an "as is basis". There is no warranty EXPRESSED or IMPLIED. No warranty or representation is made as to these products ability to protect user from injury or death. The user shall determine the suitability of these products and assume all risks and responsibility in connection with their use. Automobile racing is a dangerous activity and the user shall assume all risk and responsibility.

RETURN POLICY

When you need to return a product to SMILEY'S RACING PRODUCTS or HOOSIER TIRE SOUTHWEST please follow these instructions so we can serve you better.

1. Call Smiley's Racing Products at (972) 289-7223 (RACE)
2. Have your invoice number ready. You must have a copy of your original receipt to be able to return merchandise.
3. Explain the problem and get a return authorization number.
4. Ship item back prepaid and insured via UPS to:

5. Be sure to enclose a note explaining your reason for the return along with the return authorization number and a daytime telephone number so we can contact you if we need to.
6. Smiley's Racing Products and Hoosier Tire Southwest reserve the right to refuse any return items if returned items can not be sold as "New".
7. Refunds do not include freight and are subject to a restocking fee.
8. No returns on special order items.
9. No returns after 30 days.
